EPC Basics

Engineering ⚬ Procurement ⚬ Construction

In the solar industry, an EPC company takes a holistic approach to provide a solar service for their customers. EPC is an acronym that stands for Engineering Procurement Construction. It is a type of service delivery (or contract agreement) where contractors are responsible for the project from start to finish. In other words, engineering procurement construction contractors manage the project from initial design and engineering plans all the way through construction and completion of the finished solar energy system.

Here are highlights of the three phases of each solar energy project.

Engineering

A Detailed Solar Engineering Design includes the following:

Customized design to suit your solar system requirements and budget.
